• The customer must ensure their pet is up to date on vaccinations and free from contagious diseases.

• We do not accept liability for any damage, injury, or loss resulting from your pet's behavior, unless it is caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct on our part.
• The customer is responsible for any damage or injury caused by their pet.
